KJ Co., Ltd. values the connections between people, and aims to provide high-quality food service. Under the leadership of our representative, Nobuhiro Hayashi, we have, since our founding in December 2004, handled a wide range of ventures — from operating the Korean restaurant "Canton no Omoide" and expanding our fried chicken specialty brand "Pedal Chicken," to restaurant consulting services. While preserving authentic, traditional flavors, we strive every day to contribute to the rich food culture of our community through locally rooted store operations.
